Vegetable lasagne 2,7 kg
We made the pasta from scratch, and from these homemade fresh pasta sheets and vegetable sauce, we baked a delicious lasagne for you. Before baking, we covered the lasagne with a rich cheese sauce.
Water, pasta sheets [WHEAT flour, water, EGG powder, rapeseed oil, iodised salt], tomato, carrot, onion, CHEESE, corn starch, lactose-free CREAM, SOY protein powder, broth powder [salt, flavouring, pumpkin, carrot, parsnip, tomato, sugar, spices (e.g. coriander, white pepper), olive oil], sugar, spices (e.g. cayenne, black pepper, paprika, garlic). Vegetable content 20%.

Combi/convection oven 170 °C 35–45 min without lid or 200 °C 30–40 min with partially open lid. Values vary by oven model. The minimum internal temperature should be 70 °C.
