These traditionally baked rolls are rich in mushrooms and onions, wrapped in cabbage leaves and seasoned with paprika, among others. Slow-cooked in a syrupy stock in the oven.
Cabbage, button mushrooms, onion, rice, pickled mushrooms (rufous milk cap, pickle milk cap, oyster mushroom), rapeseed oil, syrup, peppers, parsley, iodised salt, spices (e.g. garlic, carrots, leek, black pepper), maltodextrin, flavourings, glucose. Mushrooms 24%, of which forest mushrooms 11%.
