Cabbage casserole with minced meat
We slow-cooked this traditional cabbage casserole with Finnish minced meat and rice and seasoned it with syrup. We bake our casseroles slowly and thoroughly to give them a soft taste, without rushing.
Cabbage, beef and pork 18 % (Finland), rice, syrup, EGG, iodized salt, onion, spices (e.g. white pepper).
