Liver and rice casserole
One should never compromise when baking liver casserole. We bake our traditional liver casserole of carefully cooked rice mixed with minced liver. We rounded off the rich liver flavour with syrup and raisins. We bake our casseroles slowly and thoroughly to give them a soft taste, without rushing.
MILK, rice, pork-, chicken- and beef liver 16 % (Finland), rapeseed oil, syrup, raisins, iodised salt, BUTTER, onion, spices (e.g. white pepper).
