Lactose free liver and rice casserole without raisins
This modern version of traditional liver casserole lacks raisins and milk. It tastes just as good as a traditional liver casserole. We bake our lactose-free and raisin-free liver casserole of carefully cooked rice mixed with minced liver. We rounded off the rich liver flavour with syrup. We bake our casseroles slowly and thoroughly to give them a soft taste, without rushing.
Rice, water, pork-, chicken- and beef liver 16 % (Finland), syrup, rapeseed oil, corn starch, iodised salt, onion, spices (e.g. white pepper).
