We made a succulent and beautiful risotto with pumpkin and Italian risotto rice. The chorizo sausage crumbs give the risotto a nice spiciness and an interesting flavor combination with the butternut squash. We also seasoned risotto with white wine and parmesan cheese. Finish the risotto with the cheese shavings.

Risotto 340 g: water, rice, butternut squash 13%, lactose-free CREAM, chorizo sausage 4% [pork (Finland), lard, salt, spices (e.g. chili, coriander), glucose, flavouring, preservative (E 250)], pumpkin, white wine, leaf CELERY, parmesan CHEESE, fennel, onion, olive oil, corn starch, parsley, garlic, iodised salt, lemon juice concentrate, spices (e.g. paprika, black pepper, cayenne), vegetable broth powder (salt, maltodextrin, flavourings, sugar, rapeseed oil, herbs, onion, carrot). Italian CHEESE flakes 10 g (packed in a modified athmosphere)

Remove the cheese bag and open the foil a little. Heat in the microwave (800 W) for approx. 3 min. Carefully tear off the film.
