Beef steak cubes with mashed potatoes
We cooked this tender and rich beef sauce with a traditional recipe and let it simmer for a long time. We serve this Finnish beef stew with fluffy mashed potatoes.
Mashed potatoes 190 g: potato, water, lactose-free MILK, lactose-free BUTTER, potato flakes, iodised salt. Meat sauce 160 g: beef 40% (Finland), water, lactose-free CREAM, onion, tomato, corn starch, lactose-free BUTTER, iodised salt, caramelised sugar, sugar, flavouring, spices (e.g. black pepper).

Pierce a few holes in the plastic film. Heat in microwave (800 W) ca 3 min. Carefully peel off the plastic film.
