We cooked this delicious stew from tender Finnish chicken, beautifully colourful vegetables and rice. We seasoned our sauce like the Thai do, with coconut milk, lemongrass, chilli, coriander and ginger. This stew will take you on a taste trip to Thailand. Simple and effortless bowl food!
