Italy on a plate. Many delicious courses, many stories and recipes from Italy through the cook and restaurateur Sikke Sumari. We simmered Bolognese sauce from Finnish beef and pork in a tomato sauce. We seasoned the sauce with red wine, herbs, garlic and black pepper. We combined the tasty Bolognese sauce, also known as ragu, with Italian risotto rice. We also added tasty vegetables to the risotto; cherry tomatoes and carrots. Finish the risotto with the cheese shavings.

Ingredients Risotto 340 g: water, rice, beef and pork 15% (Finland), canned cherry tomatoes (cherry tomatoes, tomato juice, salt), tomato puree, carrot, parmesan CHEESE, onion, red wine, leaf CELERY, corn starch, iodised salt, olive oil, basil, garlic, meat broth powder (corn protein hydrolysate, salt, flavourings, sugar, beef extract, maltodextrin, rapeseed oil, carrot extract), black pepper, oregano, chili, thyme. Italian CHEESE flakes 10 g (packed in a modified athmosphere).

Remove the cheese bag and open the foil a little. Heat in the microwave (800 W) for approx. 3 min. Carefully tear off the film.
