Spaghetti Bolognaise
We seasoned this soft mince sauce of Finnish chicken and beef like the Italians do, with tomato and mild herbs, and serve it with spaghetti.

Minced meat sauce 160 g: water, tomato, mechanically separated chicken 15% (Finland), onion, beef 5% (Finland), lactose-free CREAM, corn starch, SOY sauce (water, SOY bean, salt, vinegar), iodised salt, garlic, pepper paste (pepper, salt), soft brown sugar, basil, caramelised sugar, oregano, black pepper, thyme.

Pierce a few holes in the plastic film. Heat in microwave (800 W) ca 3 min. Carefully peel off the plastic film.
