We made a delicious risotto with chanterelles and seasoned it with white wine, parmesan cheese and leaf parsley. We fried Finnish rainbow trout fillet piece and seasoned it with lemon. We seasoned the carrots with herbal oil. The fish meal has been developed according to a recipe by Sikke Sumari. Lactose free and gluten free.

Chanterelle risotto 200g: rice, lactose-free CREAM, parmesan CHEESE, white wine, onion, chanterelle 3%, corn starch, parsley, olive oil, vegetable broth powder (salt, arom, pumpkin, carrot, tomato, parsnip, sugar, parsley, olive oil, spices), iodised salt, garlic, spices (e.g. black pepper). Rainbow trout fillet 100g: RAINBOW TROUT (farmed, Finland), rapeseed oil, iodised salt, lemon peel, black pepper. May contain bones. Seasoned carrots 40g: carrot, rapeseed oil, parsley, sugar, iodised salt.

Poke a few holes in the foil. Heat in microwave (800 W) approx. 2-3 min. Carefully pull off the foil.
