We cooked this rich vegan macaroni casserole from whole grain pasta and soya mince for everyone in the family. To add fullness, we added an oat product and coconut milk. To add colour and flavour, we also added carrot, red lentils and sun-dried tomato. We bake our casseroles slowly and thoroughly to give them a soft taste, without rushing. Vegan. Suitable for vegans.

Macaroni (whole grain WHEAT flour, WHEAT flour, water), water, OAT product [water, rapeseed oil, OATS, stabilizer (E 472e), thickener (E 415)], carrot, onion, crushed tomato, coconut milk (coconut extract, water), SOY crush [SOY, colour (E 150d)], lentils, rapeseed oil, vegetable fat product [water, coconut oil, modified corn and potato starch, corn starch, thickener (E 415), salt, colour (E 160b)], tomato puree, corn starch, sun dried tomato (tomato, sunflower oil, salt), iodised salt, garlic, SOY sauce (water, SOYbean, salt, vinegar), spices (e.g. pepper, white pepper), chilli. Vegetable content 21%.
