We made a rich vegan pasta casserole with wholegrain pasta and crushed soy. Oat preparation and coconut milk bring fullness to the taste. Colour and also flavour are given by carrots, red lentils and sun-dried tomatoes. The soft-tasting casseroles cook slowly in the oven under the watchful eye of the fryer. Vegan.
