Japanese miso salad
We made this salad with chopped and shredded cabbage, carrot and spring onion, adzuki beans ja delicious miso mayonnaise. Miso is a basic ingredient of Japanese food culture made from fermented soybeans, and it brings a wonderful richness to taste. Try this fresh Japanese style salad for fish, vegetable and barbecue dishes, with noodles or as a stuffing for toast.
