Fish patties and root vegetables with herbs

We prepared succulent fish patties from rainbow trout and Finnish bream and seasoned the patties with e.g. dill and fennel. We seasoned potato blocks as well as sweet potato and yellow carrot bars with herbs. We made a fresh yogurt dill dressing seasoned with lemon juice to finish the heated meal.

Ingredients Root vegetables with herbs 200g: potato, yellow carrot, sweet potato, rapeseed oil, iodised salt, herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary), lemon juice concentrate, flavouring. Fish patties 2 x 40g: RAINBOW TROUT, BREAM, EGG, fennel, carrot, lactose-free CREAM, potato flakes, leek, potato flour, garlic, iodised salt, dill, spices (onion, white pepper), lemon juice concentrate, flavouring. Fish content 69%. May contain traces of soy. Yogurt-dill dressing 40g: lactose-free YOGURT 33%, water, rapeseed oil, sugar, modified corn starch, vinegar, EGG YOLK, iodised salt, dill, lemon juice concentrate, spices (onion, garlic, white pepper), lactose-free MILK powder, thickening agent (E 415), preservative (E 202), acidity regulator (E 270), flavourings.

Remove the dressing bag and open the foil a little. Heat in the microwave (800 W) for approx. 3 min. Carefully tear off the film. Finish the meal with a cold yogurt dill dressing.
