Karelian stew with mashed potatoes
We cooked our tender Karelian steak with a traditional recipe, with slow-cooked Finnish beef and pork. We serve it with rich mashed potatoes and delicious carrot casserole.
Mashed potatoes 135g: potato, water, lactose-free MILK, lactose-free BUTTER, potato flakes, iodised salt. Karelian hot pot 115g: beef and pork 78% (Finland), onion, water, iodised salt, flavouring, bay leaf. Carrot casserole 100g: carrot, rice, lactose-free CREAM, iodised salt, white pepper, nutmeg.
