Sautéed reindeer
We cooked this tender sauteed reindeer with a traditional recipe and simmered it for a long time. As usual, our sauteed reindeer is served with fluffy mashed potatoes. You can top your meal with the included lingonberry jam.
Mashed potatoes 190 g: potato, water, lactose-free MILK, lactose-free BUTTER, potato flakes, iodised salt. Sauteed reindeer 110 g: reindeer 90% (Finland, Sweden), onion, lactose-free BUTTER, iodised salt, allspice, white pepper. Reindeer may contain bones. Lingonberry jam 50 g: lingonberry, sugar, water, thickener (E 440), preservative (E 202).

Remove the jam bag and open the film slightly. Heat in microwave (800 W) ca 3 min. Carefully peel off the plastic film.
