Color of coleslaw salad is GREEN! We made this salad with chopped and shredded cabbage and seasoned it with sunflower seeds, real Parmesan cheese, spinach, basil and parsley. Try this rich, enticing salad for barbecue dishes, with nachos or as a stuffing for toast. This salad has been inspired by our popular green goddess salad.
