Quark pancake batter pumpkin
Curdled, velvety and delicious pancake batter, easy and quick to make. We made convenient and ready-to-use batter, that is source of protein, from which you can quickly bake soft and mouth-watering pancakes. Pumpkin pancakes have a rich flavor. The batter is rich in pumpkin and carrot, which makes the pancakes irresistibly delicious. Enjoy as it is or for example with honey or ice cream. Pancakes are perfect for as a collation or supper. We packed the batter in a convenient resealable package. Everything is ready, shake and bake!
WHEAT flour, EGG, water, pumpkin puree 12% (pumpkin, lemon juice), QUARK 12%, carrot, sugar, rapeseed oil, baking powder [raising agents (E 450, E 500), maize starch, acidity regulator (E 330)], vanillin sugar (sugar, flavouring), iodised salt, turmeric. Vegetable content 20 %.

Shake the batter well before use. Pour small pancakes of the desired size from the package onto a preheated and oiled pan. Cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Make also delicious waffles from the batter.
