Vispis is an edible and fluffy berry snack to have for breakfast, during the day or in the evening. We made this lingonberry Vispis with carefully selected lingonberries, lactose-free whipping cream and whole grain rye flour.

Ingredients Water, lactose-free CREAM, lingonberry 14 %, wholemeal RYE flour, sugar, apple juice concentrate, colour (carrot concentrate), gelatine, vanillin sugar (sugar, flavour), iodised salt, vanilla, RYE malt flour. Berries and fruit 26 %.
