Vegetable purée soup with ginger
We cooked this attractively colourful vegetable puree soup with carrot, pumpkin and celeriac, and seasoned it with warming ginger. We rounded off the flavour of our soup with coconut milk. Is this your favourite soup? Vegan. Suitable for vegans.
