Minced meat soup
We cooked this deliciously filling minced meat & root vegetable soup for a bigger appetite. We seasoned our rich creamy broth with herbs and tomatoes. We added plenty of browned Finnish minced meat as well as carefully selected potatoes and root vegetables to the soup. Now we need a bigger spoon!
Water, potato, beef 14% (Finland), tomato, lactose-free CREAM, carrot, CELERIAC, onion, broth preparation [salt, flavourings, vegetable fat (sunflower, rapeseed), onion, spices], parsley, sugar, thyme, iodised salt, vegetable broth powder (salt, flavouring, pumpkin, carrot, parsnip, tomato, sugar, parsley, olive oil, spices), pepper, spices (e.g. garlic, chili, black pepper), corn starch.

Open up the foil a little. Heat in microwave (800 W) ca 4 min.
