We cooked this hearty chicken root vegetable soup for a bigger appetite. We seasoned our rich and creamy broth with melted cheese, herbs and mild chilli. In this rich soup, we added plenty of oven-roasted Finnish chicken as well as carefully selected potatoes and root vegetables. Now we need a bigger spoon!

Water, potato, oven-roasted chicken fillet 14% [chicken fillet (Finland), iodised salt, stabilizer (E 451), glucose syrup, thickeners (E 415, E 407), glucose. 121 g of meat has been used for 100 g of product of roasted chicken fillet.], carrot, lactose-free whipping CREAM, processed CHEESE [CHEESE, water, BUTTER oil, melting salts (E 331, E 340, E 452)], CELERIAC, leek, lactose-free cream CHEESE, broth product (salt, flavourings, sunflower and rapeseed oil, onion, spices), corn starch, spice paste (chili, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, soybean oil), honey, parsley, lemon juice concentrate, iodised salt. Chicken fillet may contain bones.

Pierce a few holes in the plastic film. Heat in microwave (800 W) ca 4 min. Carefully peel off the plastic film.
