Bigger Rainbow trout soup
We cooked this deliciously filling rainbow trout soup with root vegetables for a bigger appetite. We seasoned our creamy broth with melted cheese and smoked salmon. We completed the flavour with lemon, fennel and dill. Now we need a bigger spoon!

How to heat: Peel off the plastic film and heat in microwave (800 W) ca 4 min with a microwave cover. NB! Stir the soup during heating to avoid the broth boiling over. Alternatively, you can pour the soup into a saucepan and heat it until boiling, while stirring occasionally.
