We cooked this traditional mince soup with browned Finnish minced meat, carefully selected potatoes and root vegetables. Our selected root vegetables: carrot, swede and parsnips; perfectly complete our delicious broth. Traditional, and therefore so delicious. Is this your favourite soup?
