Creamy arctic char soup
We gently cooked a smoothly pureed creamy char soup, that melts in the mouth. In addition to char, soup tastes of cold-smoked salmon, potato, fennel and fresh dill. This rich soup is delicious both as a starter and a main course.
Potato, water, ARCTIC CHAR 8% (farmed, Norway), lactose-free CREAM, onion, lactose-free cream CHEESE, cold-smoked SALMON [SALMON (farmed, Norway), salt], iodised salt, dill, FISH broth powder (salt, FISH, maltodextrin, flavouring, onion, rapeseed oil, CELERY, leek, carrot extract, spices), fennel seeds, white pepper. May contain bones.
