Rainbow trout soup
We cooked this traditional and delicious fish soup with Finnish rainbow trout, potatoes and onions. We seasoned the slightly creamy and delicious broth with dill and whole allspice berries. This is exactly how a fish soup should be. Is this your favourite soup?
